The Pressure Tab allows you to set the effective pressure range of your digitizer, enable and disable “air brushing” or the assignment of arbitrary pressure values to digitizer buttons, and the smoothing of actual pressure readings. While you do not need a pressure-sensitive stylus to use all of these features, pressure is not used by all Windows applications.
