Before contacting Digitizer Technology, please try diagnosing the problem using the steps outlined in that chapter. This not only saves delays for you, but also helps keep the product cost down for future versions.
Digitizer Technology does not provide support for configuration problems such as interrupt or device driver conflicts. You must have a clean serial port, free of interrupt conflicts with other ports or devices and other digitizer drivers, prior to installing the Virtual Tablet Interface. If you need assistance removing another manufacturer’s drivers, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.
