Support

Digitizer Technology is committed to supporting the Virtual Tablet Interface and offers assistance via the World Wide Web, email, fax, mail and phone. Telephone, fax and mail support is limited to registered users only: you must provide a valid name and serial number or you will be refused support.

Note: Our experience has shown that the majority of driver problems can be resolved by referring to Common Problems in the Getting Started guide or online help file. Before contacting Digitizer Technology, please try diagnosing the problem using the steps outlined in that chapter. This not only saves a phone call and delays for you, but also helps keep the product cost down for future versions.

Support Limitations

By contract, Digitizer Technology does not provide support for OEM Editions of the Virtual Tablet Interface. Please contact the original equipment manufacturer of your digitizer for Virtual Tablet Interface technical support.

Digitizer Technology also does not provide support for configuration problems such as interrupt or device driver conflicts. You must have a clean serial port, free of interrupt conflicts with other ports or devices and other digitizer drivers, prior to installing the Virtual Tablet Interface. If you need assistance removing another manufacturer’s drivers, please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

If you need technical assistance, please visit our website at www.vtablet.com. You can post questions, contact our technical support services and download the latest version and patches. Our website also maintains links to related software and hardware companies which may offer products useful to you.

If you need technical assistance, you may send electronic mail to Digitizer Technology at support@vtablet.com. Please describe your computer system, software versions and the problem you are experiencing along with your name and serial number, if registered. Do not email system files to Digitizer Technology without prior consent or they will be discarded unread and without response.

Registered users only: If you would like to fax your questions or comments to Digitizer Technology, we can be reached at (425) 885-7704. Overseas customers without access to the World Wide Web will find this a preferred method of obtaining support. Please describe your computer system, software versions and the problem you are experiencing one a single page along with your name, serial number and fax number for a reply. Software Piracy

It's a sad fact, but software piracy hurts end-users and companies alike. Digitizer Technology reserves the right to terminate all technical support to any user or company using an illegal copy of the Virtual Tablet Interface.
