The System Tab allows you to configure how the Virtual Tablet Interface will work with your particular computer and Windows hardware settings including the serial port and interrupt usage, compatibility with multiple display monitors, and using the digitizer as a mouse under DOS. As a rule, you will generally not need to change these settings.
